Design Build Remodeling Firm Seeks Full-Time Design Team Member

Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling & Design (Stow), an award-winning design/build remodeling company, is growing and we’re looking to add someone to our design team.


Since 1997, we’ve built a reputation in the community for outstanding craftsmanship, creative design, and customer service that goes above and beyond. Whether you’re early in your design career or have years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients during the design phase of their projects.

Primary Duties

  • Support the design process for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home remodels
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs
  • Assist with preparing and presenting 3D design concepts and drawings using CAD software
  • Guide clients through the selection process for finishes, fixtures, and materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and the production team to ensure design intent is carried through construction
  • Provide outstanding client service and maintain open communication throughout the process


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm


The Ideal Candidate

  • Background in residential design, remodeling, or construction
  • Experience in interior design and selection making preferred
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD design software (Chief Architect, 2020, or similar)
  • Strong sense of style, color coordination, and space planning
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
