• We are selective on which clients we take on, so we work with great people who respect our design-build process and our team. Our trade partners love our clients!
• We don’t do the bidding game! Period. We selectively match you to a project
• We pay promptly, bi-weekly, and by direct deposit. Production funds sit in a separate account just waiting to pay our vendors after an invoice is received.
